Model: F040A6. I'm not sure which model MX5, only it was an MX5. I'm told that this filter was on a Mazda MX5 before I bought it a few weeks back. K&N Performance Air Filter. It was pretty dirty when I bought it, I have since cleaned and re-oiled it with the proper K&N kit.
