I’ve given this a good clean, trays etc and tested as much as I can. It produces hot water from all nozzles and makes coffee when pods are inserted. Initially the pods didn’t pierce but i have cleaned the mechanism that pierces on both sides so all looks good now. Item needs a descale as the warning is present on the display. Also it’s missing the milk straw from the container and a milk nozzle on the front. Taking all this into account I would rather sell cheaply as spares an let the knew owner source new bits and descale
