The lens coating is in excellent condition and reduces ghost and flare issues. The zoom is smooth and moves cleanly throughout the full focal range without any resistance or sticking points. The exterior casing has paint loss - mainly around the top rim / filter thread and the lens masking (finishing trim) is marked.
