This jumparoo has been used by our son (now 3yo) and daughter (1yo). It was a gift from our neighbours and before that it was gifted second hand to them. It is very old, but it is still absolutely safe. It has slots for batteries, but we have never used them and I think if it ever had sounds or lights, they don't work anymore.
