This is an older cd/dvd holder and organizer from the estate of my brother-in-law. It's a cool case that holds 40 cd's or dvd's. It is round, rigid plastic, and opens from the front. With case closed, you move the little button to whichever cd you want, as cataloged on the front, and it holds the cd so when you open it, the cd has been selected on the top.
