Fully retracted mast length including tip and white nylon bottom buffer is 265 mm. Fully extended height is 86 cm. It includes the retaining ferule and smooth drive cable. The drive cable is smooth (without teeth) where as later cars from about 1983 had the later AUTA 6000 EL aerials which had a serrated/toothed drive cable.
