used so the discs have a few scratches and smudges - play perfectly on my dvd player but please keep in mind this may not be the same for all players! box has some minor marks + scratches and has cracked at the bottom corner - this has also ripped the cover slightly. the cover also has some small dents and creases. insert inside has some creases
