Belgian Army M1971 Canvas Webbing Belt. Design is somewhat of a combination of a US Army M1936 Webbing Belt and a British Military style buckle. Belt can be worn as a trouser belt or as a part of a webbing system compatable with Belgian pouches of that era or similar pouches.
