This is a genuine insert for a Rolex 16610LV ‘Kermit’ Submariner Date. It includes the original pip and is in excellent condition- there are some very fine marks, all of which you can see on the photos. This was removed from a Kermit several years ago when you could buy replacements from Rolex and has been stored ever since
