I always try to highlight any defects, such as scratches, marks, smudges, etc. My top priority is customer satisfaction so I take more time with photos, packaging and shipping. I ship Monday-Friday. I try to ship same day when possible. I use USPS Media Mail for CDs but sometimes use Ground Advantage.
