This box has been preowned and shows some signs of use, but it is currently set to manufacture lock settings and ready to be adjusted. Instructions for changing the code are included. This box does stand on its own, but it comes with screws and anchors for mounting to wall or post. Please expect normal wear on this box: scratches, scuffs, dust in hard-to-reach areas, residue inside the door from a sticker.
