There are no noticeable scratches or stains. It has been used regularly for a while, so there are minor scratches on the case and band, but no scratches on the sapphire glass (just visual). Cleaning was done with a cotton swab to remove rough dirt, and then the watch was put through an ultrasonic cleaner twice.
