This is a used sign. It was originally painted in a distressed fashion. Made to look like it was painted with a brush. There are imperfections in paint, like it was painted over scratches, chips and imperfections. It does have scuffs, scratches and paint chips. Area of sign that has truck has a matte finish over the area? Not sure what kind of look they were going for with this?? Please look at the picture carefully to see the imperfections.
