Vintage 1957 Dr. Seuss How The Grinch Stole Christmas Hard Cover. The front cover does have a few corner scuffs. The left top corner by spine has a small tear with a small section missing and a slight crack down about 4 inches on the front spine. The cornets do have scuffs, tears, small pieses missing. The book/spine are intact with no other parts loose or missing. The inside covers and end pages are intact with no loose areas on covers or spine area. The pages are in good condition with no marks, stains, scratches, bends, folds, torn or missing sections. The book is in good overall condition considering the age 1957.
