These are figures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As best can be told, Leonardo (Blue Mask), Donatello (Purple Mask), and Michelangelo (Orange Mask) are from one set while Raphael (Red Mask) is from another, hence why Raphael has minor physical differences. All come with weapons, though Raphael appears to be missing one of his sais. There is some minor cosmetic wear here and there, but the joints of the figures are still good and moveable where they can be posed without any limb or joint falling or losing rigidity.
