The controller is in very good cosmetic condition with little to no scratches. However, there are minor cracks near the charging port and inside the internal components. The face buttons (Square, Triangle, Circle, Cross) are not functioning properly, along with the right button on the D-pad. The PS button also does not work. Occasionally, these buttons will work temporarily but then stop responding again. Upon opening the controller, everything appears to be in good condition except for a single torn cable, which will need to be replaced. As far as I’m aware, this cable is not directly related to the button issues. Other than that, the controller seems fine and only requires minor repairs.
