as you can see from the picture it's printing but not fully, I'm unsure if it needs new ink cartridges or if there's something wrong with it, but I'm unsure if it just needs new cartridges installed or if there's a print head problem, I've done many clean heads but it won't come right but otherwise I've had this printer for 5 years never had a problem with it till now, so selling due to getting new printer. does come with extra brand new cartridges too, you can also set up the hp ink account so U don't pay for ink cartridges at a charge which is up to you.
