The Phillips 191 comes with a cassette but not the two AA batteries required. I had a good play around with the recorder and it took me a while to figure it all out, but managed in the end. The only part that is not tested is the headphone and the power jacks on the side of the recorder as I don’t have the cables or headphones to test them. Other wise in great condition.
