This vintage Simplex two-sided, bubble glass ceiling or wall mounted school/industrial clock, Model 507-042 is in great working condition and is a charming piece of nostalgia and style. The bubble glass covers are in excellent shape with no chipping or cracks. The original rubber gasket is missing but was ingeniously replaced with a piece of throttle cable on one side (included.) The ivory-white finish has a beautiful crackle finish with some small chips consistent with the age of the piece. A custom fabricated metal mounting bracket is included. Made in the United States during the Mid 20th Century, this clock was a standard in schools, industries and buildings across the country and is a timeless accessory for any space.
