It can be started without the key. The blades do come with I but they will need looking at as some of the rubber belts will possibly need replacing. It’s been sat in storage for a few years but like I said it does run. It just needs some TLC. Would be great for a small trailer for the kids to potter about in as it’s very sturdy. Will need picking up from MK178HZ Open to reasonable offers. Probably the cheapest one out there
