Mists over Carcassonne is the new cooperative expansion of the classic board game Carcassonne. In this game, players must work together to chase away the ghosts that haunt the medieval city. The game takes place on a modular map that is built by players turn after turn. Players can place landscape tiles to create roads, cities, castles and other elements. Ghosts move across the map and can capture players' meeples. To win, players must complete specific objectives, such as building a certain number of roads or castles, or chasing away a certain number of ghosts.
