Vtg Step-in Electric Fence Post 17" Rustic Horse Tack Hanger!
It's 17 inches long and Google image search says it's a step-in electric fence post, and it probably is- but why not attach it to your barn wall and hang horse stuff from it? It'll stick out at an angle but the horses won't mind.
