The echo dot powers on and shows a constant blue light but does not enter ‘start-up’ or ‘reset’ mode and show the orange light which is expected. The action button doesn’t respond to any touch when it should make the echo dot reset after holding for 15 seconds. Once it’s powered up it’s just stuck on the constant blue light. You are buying a faulty item. Refunds/returns are not accepted to ensure you are happy that you are buying a faulty item for spares and repairs.
