These are brand new never been used, paired or registered with Samsung so are opened box only. treated as new. The Samsung Buds 3 were bought from O2 on 30th October 25 . we asked for & we're under the impression that these were Buds 3 pro with the rubber ear piece that were sold to us. after we got home & opened the box we discovered that they were Buds 3 only, without the rubber ear piece. we tried to take them back but they refused because the seal on the box was open. They are brand new, Never been used in any way. Full manufacturers warranty as described in the box warranty. Grab yourself a bargain. Many thanks for looking.
