Vintage Swiss wooden chalet music box featuring charming alpine details and classic craftsmanship. The hand-carved cabin design includes flower boxes, shutters, log accents, and a small figurine scene, all mounted on a wooden base. Plays “Lara’s Theme” from Doctor Zhivago, made by Cuendet – Swiss Musical Movement, a well-known and respected Swiss music box maker. The wind-up mechanism works smoothly and plays clearly. On the back of the box there’s a scratch and a small piece of the wood appears to be missing. Other than that the piece is in fine shape and would be an excellent addition to someone’s collection!
