1920/30s Bakelite Non-Dial GPO Candlestick Telephone No. 150 / PL 234 / No.22

Rear of the Mouth piece is PL 234 No.22. Model is detailed on the back of the phone (Late 1920s / Early 1930s?). and a likely refit / refurb / rewire in the 1940/50s with the internal CasteCo parts - (as per my research).
