This OUT OF PRINT Box set released by Rhino Records in September 2006, A Life Less Lived: The Gothic Box is a comprehensive compilation documenting the evolution of goth rock and post-punk. The collection is known for its elaborate packaging, featuring a fake leather case designed with a laced "corset" sleeve and an octopus motif. This set consists of 3 CD’s and a 60-page booklet containing artist commentaries, photos, and a history of the goth genre. (NOTE: The DVD which consisted of 12 music videos is missing.) Although preowned, this box set is in Mint Condition (minus the DVD).
