The two side 3 speaker cabinets are detachable and have a spool at the rear to unwind the cable to allow moving both of them further away from the core centre unit to enhance the stereo effect. This is super worthwhile as the woofer is still in the central core and the effect makes a huge change to the sound dynamic.
