This product has been opened and used only for testing purposes, it is all in perfect working condition. There are however parts missing, all that comes with it is as seen on the images, when bought new there are a couple of accessories like the hanger which are not included here, please refer to images for a better idea of what is included, also there has been some markings made on the hose as you can see on the images, purely cosmetic and have happened as a result of the way the item was packaged, other than that it all works perfectly and is a great item to keep around your home for a quick and easy way to steam your clothes.
