Used condition, damaged screen however functions fine. PS Vita console functions perfectly fine despite the broken screen, the touchscreen still functions great and the LED panel has not been affected. There is an account linked to the device which i do not have the password for so i have not been able to factory reset it. There are a lot of surface scratches on the back but no major damage or defects other than the screen. Console charges via micro USB cable (not included)
