Turns on but the clip part has snapped off the door which enables it to work. I did have the piece buy lost it- when balanced right it would turn on and work .. the machine itself is new other than tested - There are some scratches to the baking tray which is from the rotisserie moving around inside whilst in storage . Machine cosmetically in very good condition other than that part on the door... maybe the door could be replaced or clip fixed
