All four episodes from the fifth series of the BBC drama starring Derek Jacobi and Anne Reid as an ageing man and woman who rediscover the feelings they once had for each other. Widowed 70-somethings Alan Buttershaw (Jacobi) and Celia Dawson (Reid) became reacquainted after their respective grandsons created Facebook accounts for them and rekindled the love they shared almost 60 years previous. In this series, Alan begins working part-time in the local supermarket to keep busy, to Celia's dismay. Meanwhile, the couple receive an unexpected visitor when Alan's brother Ted (Timothy West) arrives from New Zealand, while Gillian (Nicola Walker) struggles to cope with life on the farm.
