Our Quartz-Sand veneer is a reconstituted stone veneer manufactured in Italy from crushed Italian marble dust. Palisandro blue has a beautiful, delicate sky blue colour which becomes much richer when illuminated, it has a lineal pattern featuring whites and creams and flashes of brown. The natural stone top surface is backed with a fabric mesh backing making the sheets light weight, flexible and easy to process. The material is translucent and can be back lit so the same sheets can be used for both back lighting and non back lighting projects. The top surface is a soft semi-smooth finish giving a subtle and tactile natural feel. The sheets are easy to process and can be cut with a Stanley knife/blade. Be careful to use the correct adhesive and apply the adhesive correctly to avoid being able to see the adhesive behind the sheets. For adhering the sheets in back lighting projects you can use our Lite stone adhesive for translucent stone veneer. For non back lighting projects you can use our Lite Stone slate & stone veneer adhesive, this adhesive must be spread with a spreader tool. You can also use tile adhesive or contact adhesive with the sheets, depending on the application. This fantastic D Black Slate Veneer multi brick sheet has a 100% natural stone face specially manufactured with a fibre glass and resin backing to make it flexible, light weight and easy to install. D Black has a dark grey/black base colour with striking diagonal veins in the pattern of the slate. It has a smooth and natural finish. The multi brick sheets are made up of around 70 individual slate veneer pieces, made into a brick style pattern with two different width pieces, 5cm and 2.5cm. The overall sheet size is 120 x 60cm and you can butt joint the material so the joints between each sheet are not seen. The brick pattern runs along the 120cm length of each sheet. This material is a natural textured black slate finish with a diagnal vein running through it. This material is ideal for feature walls. Lite House LED system for back lighting translucent stone. We offer two options - Up to 1 square metre - Contains 50 modules and x1 60 watt power supply to power the modules. Up to 2 square metres - Contains 100 modules and x1 60 watt power supply to power the modules. You can select the 1 square metre or 2 sq metre option from the size drop down menu at the bottom of the page. You can then add multiples of each option to order enough lighting to cover the square metres you require on your project. The lights are 4000k, which provide a neutral and natural light source without being extra warm or extra cold. The modules should be at 60mm from the stone sheet and acrylic backing. A design guide with suggested layout is included with each system. Every 50 modules requires a feed back to the transformer.
