Here is my Pioneer PDR-609 for sale. The other problem is when it has a CD or a CD-R retracted in the CD tray, it cannot recognise what type of disc it is, and eventually the display says CHECK DISC.

There is also a noice that sounds like the plastic gear area not aligned. I have opened the case and found a small gear has a slight split which is causing this noise. The right CD drawer opens fine and the CD reads on both drawers (see pictures).
