Play and recording working.Sometimes the right wheel doesn't start.It has to start and stop several times.Needs service.I have no information about service history.There is a scratch on the top right corner.On the right side panel too.The front panel is in very good condition.

Vintage Panasonic Cassette Deck RS-269US Panasonic. Power tested. Needs repair. This was working , but has been sitting doing nothing for some years . It lights up when plugged in , but I cannot get the buttons to go down . Not sure why , but may be stuck on the automatic switch off mechanism .
