The remote and VHS player work perfectly fine. However, when I put a DVD in to test the DVD player, it just gets stuck on the loading page (last picture).

It does not come with a remote control. Also, I couldn't get any DVD to play. They all gave a "incorrect disk - c104" error. The recording functionality has not been tested. It plays VCRs fine.
