Two RTX 2070 Super These are very small but powerful GPUs perfect for ITX builds or smaller cases. Two of them available, both of them are in great shape, they are quiet, they play most games in 1080-1440p and are good for CAD too, they work quite well with DLSS. I tried Crysis 3 Remaster, The last of Us 1 and 2, Kingdom Come 2, RDR2 and GTA 5 in 1440p and all ran well.
