The classic amp of the 1970s. I've been testing a pair of quad electrostatic speakers with this amplifier and they/it sound astonishing. If you are seeking the classic smooth sound of British hifi on a limited budget this could be the one for you. This particular example is second build as it is marked disc earlier models were marked mag. pu.and aux input changed to. Cosmetically the chassis is fine but wooden case, real wood verneer not plastic wrap needs refinishing although I never bothered as it's not seen when stacked.
