The original Sony leather carry case has also cracked and whilst the Velcro works fine the exterior leather does look a bit worse for wear.

Please note this has only been power tested. I don't have any minidiscs to test the playback. I have plugged in a USB power cable and the unit powers up as shown in images. It does include a battery but I assume that no longer holds charge. The unit itself is in very good condition, a few minor marks but overall it is very nice. I have ordered the correct USB power cable and that will be included in the sale as I actually tested it with an old PSP USB cable. Also included is the original Sony pouch.
