Excellent condition please see all photos attached. Playback and recording works, I have used Web MiniDisc Pro to burn several discs on this unit with the netmd function. Comes with battery (of dubious quality, as all the old gumstick batteries are), and the ac adapter. I have come to Scotland to earn a Masters degree and I am leaving again in about 6 months. I have accumulated to much stuff, so I am selling some of it. Great player, I just have 3 more I need to take back to the states and this is my least favorite =) Guaranteed working, no returns.

Playing operation confirmed Recording operation confirmed This one has a few scuffs around the front, and the door hinge when inserting a disc / closing is a little loose, so will occasionally not register / spin up the disc if the door is closed with too light a touch, if that makes sense. This does not impact playback, just something I've watched out for when using this myself comes with 5 x 80 minute TDK colour discs, all blank. Any questions do ask. Thanks for looking

Sony MDS-S38 MiniDisc Deck Recorder Player sold for spares repairs only. Unit powers on but once the disc is inserted it wont load and say disc error, i have tried with several disc but the unit wont work it just shows disc error and ejects the mini disc. Now cosmetically it scratched on the casing badly. So please take a look at the photos provided. The mains plug is discoloured could do with replacing it. Item purchased with other house clearance items. Strictly for spares ect.
