The wonderful Sony MZ-R30 Walkman Minidisc Recorder and player is a sturdy little beast. A cool retro piece now but I, as many other professional sound recordists, once used it as part of my kit bag, as it was particularly useful when travelling light and paired with one of the discreet mini-jack stereo mics of the era. All in good working order with the AA battery extension but I haven't charged and tested the rechargeable battery. The shell has very light use marks and the open close mechanism is in great shape. This comes as is, and not with any of the original extras such as the cheap earphones and the 6v power charger.
