I bought it a year and a half ago, brand new. The laptop works as it should. No dent and marks. Comes with box, pen, charger and cable. The only issue is the battery might need replacement or it could be a software issue i am not sure. There is an x mark on battery icon (see pictures). However laptop charges normally.
