This is a Sanyo JJ-P101 portable cassette player (Walkman). It features a unique sensitive "Touch Function" control panel instead of regular buttons. It includes a full remote control (full remocon) integrated into the headphone wire. The model was first introduced in Japan around early 1989. Key features include double azimuth heads and the Extended Bass Sound System (EBSS). I bought this new in 1989, used it on my paper round 6 days a week for 4 years! It never let me down. Sadly the batteries are no good so I cannot test it. Comes with the original headphones as shown. Selling as non functional as I cannot test it. But it may work, I just don’t know.
