Excellent condition, in full working order. Comes with speaker/battery charger dock, remote control, 3 rechargeable batteries, Sony headphones, 3 discs. At least one of the batteries holds a charger I haven't tested the other two spare batteries. The headphones are working but missing the foam covers.
