It does turn on though due to not having the instructions, I haven't tuned it in. I'm sure someone with know-how can work it out easily enough. Works fine on mains but didn't try batteries. Slight peeling on bottom but doesn't really affect it as you can't see it when using it. Slight paint splatter on mains lead and plug. See pics for condition and what you will receive.
