What you see is a complete train set, the track has had more use than the train as it was the only dcc train I had so it never got used so is in really good condition.

Unfortunatley, the tools to do it are pricy and overengineered. Here's a basic ballasting tool that does the job just as well. Clean them up with a small paintbrush.
