12mm with a 1.6mm wall, WRAS approved multi-layer pipe can be used for underfloor heating systems as well as other plumbing applications. The pipework is made from composite materials totalling 5 layers, combining PE-RT with an aluminium core with butt welded construction. The aluminium core prevents the ingress of oxygen whilst providing flexibility and a memory style bend remaining in the position its bent to. Plumbing applications can be used in conjuction with press or push fittings, with the pipe tested dor use up to 95˚C hot water.
