This headset is in excellent condition with no damage and it works very well, it has an upgraded headstrap which is a lot more comfortable than the original one. I will have it completely wiped by the time you pick it up. The box is included although it is quite scuffed up, I will throw in the vr link cable which can be used to connect the headset to a computer and run games through your computer. I have taken a lot of care with the headset and ensured to keep it in the best condition that I can, the controllers need 1 AA battery each and will not come with batteries when you buy the headset.
