This is an exceptional and early tube. The date code on the bottom of the tube, "triangle 8", is for October 1953, and the type code is the early mCB. This has the long welded plate construction and a square getter.It was tested on our Triplett 3444A tester with results of 1750 and 1800, where 1600 is the average new value.
