Rogers silver plate IS Garland bowl. Lovely vintage silverplate dish by William Rogers International Silver company. Tapered oval, boat shape, with dimensional repousse floral designs at each end Very good vintage condition: no dents, and only 2 tiny specks we couldn't polish out - see photos. The bottom is engraved with the maker and pattern, but has mostly worn down, so barely visible and really hard to take photo! The dish measures 8.5" long, 4.25" wide, and 2.5" tall.
